I got the worst case of food poisoning from this subway 3 days ago. I’m not sure if they are not storing their food correctly or what? I tasted Mayo before I started vomiting the next day. I was sick for 2 days and had to miss work. I was wondering why the restaurant wasn’t busy during lunch hours- now I know!
My husband and I went to go order on 8/14/25 at 5:12:23 and we were excited to use a coupon we had gotten in the mail 2 Footlongs for 12.99 and the lady had taken out order then we mentioned we wanted to use the coupon and she had the nastiest attitude and ranted why didn't we tell her something before she put in the order (we hadn't paid yet) and she's doesn't want to do it all over again just so we can use the coupon and she basically refuses to let us the coupon. We walked-in and were greeted with stares instead of a pleasant greeting! As we began to order, we noticed a bug crawling and flies flying around the cold bar. An immediate red flag! The female employee inside didn’t make things any better. She looked very bothered by us coming in to begin with!
Don’t get me wrong the food is good for a subway but the customer service is horrible! the owner acts clueless and lost and one of the workers is very rude and there is always flies in the cookie container.. its crazy
I paid extra for avocado and there's none on my sandwich. Big sad.
