Got charged for two orders when I only made one order. Whenever I asked for a refund I was told “I’m not a manager. There isn’t one here”. I originally ordered a bacon egg and cheese sub and was given bacon and absolutely nothing else on it. Ordered a foot long cookie and they also didn’t have it, but again when I asked for a refund they couldn’t do anything. Being told “I Hope you have a better day than I am” when my $25 dollar order for turned into $50 is so unprofessional.
My wife came in and placed an order for 4 ppl the dark haired girl that was making the food never made one of our sandwiches. So we get home and realize they only made 3 of the sandwiches and one was missing. Look at the receipt and realize she only rang up the 3.and the way they rang up my sons kids meal cost more because they charged me individually instead of the kid meal price.
