Just finished lunch at subway near Simmons run. The lady grabbed a foot long bread that looked so brown I was sure it was over cooked to to the point of being stale. I started to tell her it looked stale, but I deceided it might be OK, it was not. After the sub was completed she tossed it into a green basket where a great portion of the ingredients fell out of the roll. Then she tossed a bag of chips on top of sub.
