Worst subway in Odessa for sure....they were out of everything! Will not come here again! And the little food they did have on the line didn't look good!
Out of everything cheese and most meats.
Always had great service and have been coming here for years, well today that all ends, they were out of a lot of things but not what we wanted, had a sign on front door telling us that before we went in, the note where they make the sandwich was way different, it basically told if you dont like it get out then
Walked in as customer was yelling to associate and vice versa. He left without the sub. I approached her very pleasant although having to repeat my order several times I could tell why happened earlier, all of a sudden she starts complaining about the previous customer walking out. “All I want is a sandwich without the attitude”. Maybe should retrain or fire her would be my vote. I won’t go back to this location
The girl working there was all alone. Her name was Brittany and she was very professional and courteous and sweet and talked to me while she was making my sandwiches. So glad yall have the otrtillias back for the wraps, I stopped coming because it was on the flatbread! Will be returning now!
