All was normal. But, didn't have a veggie patty.
I often visit subway locations here in Odessa, and never have I ever seen a worse subway than this one. Everytime I come it’s the same lady who is rude, ignorant, lacks basic knowledge, and genuinely just sucks at her job. Making a sandwich can only be so hard, but somehow this place made me question that. This specific subway needs to be ran better by management. There was about 8 people in and out the 30 minutes I was here and not one person was satisfied. I beleive her name is anais but the name tag was hard to read.
I waited a long time and then my sub had hair in it, gross! The fountain machine is falling apart. Avoid this place!
1 person in front of me. 2 younger male workers, had 3 tickets for DoorDash. Never looked up, said anything. I waited 20 minutes and walked out. I was the second person to walk out in that timeline. More terrible customer service in an oilfield town. Gets old
