I got a sub from this place on 4/3/25. That sub was the last thing I ate. The next day I got extremely sick. I was in bed for 2 days. I am not sure if I got food poisoning or the flu, but either way, I work from home and I didn't interact with anyone else. To Management: please press your employees to stay home if they or their family members are sick. Also, ensure they are keeping their area and themselves clean. When you offer digital coupons to skirt around your absurd prices, do you instruct your staff to short customers on EVERYTHING about the sandwich? I asked for light lettuce, not “basically half the sandwich”. Y’all have NEVER done this in the past; you’re usually good about getting customer requests right.
They were kind to me because I am not good at English. I wanted to try something that is not in my country. Garlic roast beef. I enjoyed the sauce you recommended. I will visit again next time!
Workers can't understand you that play the i don't know card and then say ohh ohh I can't refund you
ordered a meatball sub online and had it delivered. the meatballs were cold like they weren't even cooked enough.when I called to let them know. nobody in the store spoke English. will never order anything from that store again
