Terrible service, the lady who served us had a horrible attitude towards me and my two friends , and got loud with us several times and wanted to catch an attitude when we asked her to give us the cookie we actually paid for instead of what she just wanted to throw into the cookie bag. Also gave us unwelcoming looks that were visibly rude and made us uncomfortable.
The lady that was fixing our sub was very rude and was huffing and puffing after we were being nice to her
Today i visited subway and i visit regular there every couple daysand ask for italian herb and cheese and they know I want extra lettuce in my sandwich And when she was putting all veggies in my sandwich I told her that can u put extra lettuce on side I don’t Know she ignored or she didnt hear becoz she was wearing AIRPODS And she just packed my sandwich And when i told her at last that i need more lettuce even u can put in seperate bag i dont care just put it like that i dont want in my sandwich i will take separately She j... read more
The customer service was rude. Clearly talked to me like I was from mars. I’m elderly but not dead yet. I know all about customer service. I know how folks should be treated. I’m sorry I’m too old to train these new folks. But. The sandwich was good. The service was not. You’re not alone
