I am incredibly disappointed by the awful customer service at this location by the store manager Hannah . When I tried to order, Hannah immediately greeted me with a terrible attitude and negative body language. When I asked for an Italian sub she responded with a very negative response what kind! The attitude was so unprofessional that I chose to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Hannah is the worst store manager ever she should know how to provide customer service to paying customers especially since we were on vacation and stopped to buy food. Her body language and the tone her her voice was like she was down talking us and treating us like we were her children. I decided to take my business elsewhere because why would I want to spend my money somewhere I was talked down too. Hannah should not be in a management role nor should she be allowed to work customer service.
Terrible. The associate was trying to fight us
Terrible service, the lady who served us had a horrible attitude towards me and my two friends , and got loud with us several times and wanted to catch an attitude when we asked her to give us the cookie we actually paid for instead of what she just wanted to throw into the cookie bag. Also gave us unwelcoming looks that were visibly rude and made us uncomfortable.
The lady that was fixing our sub was very rude and was huffing and puffing after we were being nice to her
