Ordered a BLT on the subway app. I picked it up, expecting everything was made correctly. It was, the only downfall was that my bacon wasn't toasted. What in the world? First time in Brunswick, GA. I didn't know I have to specify that I want my bacon toasted if I don't want my bread toasted either. Came here three times. First time the employee didn’t want to make a tuna sandwich because then he would have to prep more for the morning crew. The 2nd and 3rd time no employees ever came out the back to take my order so I had to leave
I shouldn’t have to beg for lettuce onions or banana peppers this is the sorriest sandwich I have ever seen I shouldn’t have to open each sandwich in the store to make sure y’all followed the online order….. also no phone number to call about this issue…. Subway letting anyone own a store has ruined their quality. I went here for lunch the other day and spike with the manager. She was beyond kind. Before I knew she was the manager, I made a comment about how nice and clean the store was, how friendly and kind the employee was, how fantastic the service was and went on to tell them both about a horrible experience I had at the subway across town. The manager quickly introduced herself and completely comped my meal. I was reminded that some people do still care about their customers and the service they offer to the public.
