Order online never got my food because it was only one person working on his first day and never got an refund everytime I call the phone is busy and when I go on my lunch it is busy it just busy busy subway 🥹
I love this subway! It’s a great fresh sandwich. Haven’t always had the best consumer experience though!
Made a online order, go and pick it up, they didn’t make it ( because they didn’t have any bread ) but we didn’t even know that by a call or anything the workers were in the back and had no clue we were there for 20 mins. We finally got somebody and he refused to give us a refund because “they couldn’t” , the order says complete, but we never got it. Then after I go in instead of my husband he tells me they are about to close and come back tomorrow for a refund. So now I have crying kids in the back seat, places are closing ... read more
Store is forever short handed. They are always out of products. Ice/ drink machine never works and bad attitudes.
Need to shut this place down employees just sit at the table no one behind the counters and I’ve worked here 4 times in the last week for lunch and they never have the Meatball sandwich ingredients ready. Twice they didn’t have the Italian herb and cheese bread either. Tried to give them a chance
