Not normally one to make bad reviews, but what I received was ridiculous. The two photos here are a comparison of what I was supposed to receive vs what I received. Basically bread and sauce. Almost no meat, no cheese, and zero lettuce.
We ordered through the subway app for this particular location, and when we arrived, the man who works there, said that they do not have any receipt paper, so he could not make the order. My boyfriend attempted to show him the order on his cell phone, which was already paid for, and he said that he could not make the order by looking at the phone so he said that we would have to get a refund, but the subway app did not let us get a refund, we also attempted to get a refund in store and he said that he couldn't help us. I just coming to order she said computer need to reset. It’s taking 45 minutes as I pay cash and she said you could wait for 45 minutes. Please change the employee. They don’t know how to take care of the customer.
Ive been here three times now and every time has been bad. The first time the air was out it smelled bad and there were flies buzzing around. The second time I went there were still bugs. Today I went, (April 7, 2026 3:50) The meat wasn't stocked tuna specifically, when I got in there I had to wait 5 minutes because the person at the counter was talking on the phone with her friend and told me to wait.
