I had the absolute best service experience today around 11 am! I am not a frequent Subway goer, but the nice young man there took his time making sure that I got everything the way I wanted and made me a perfect sandwich, and gave great reccomendations when I asked about type of bread, grilled or no or amount of veggies. I ordered a foot long BMT with double meat. Standard BMT has 6 slices each of salami pepperoni and ham. The employee did 5,5,3 for my base and the extra was 4,4,3. So instead of 36 slices of meat in total I received 24. The big slices of ham being the least given. I paid 20 bucks for my combo. I felt like it was shorted and sandwich seemed thin. Horrible Customer service I called to let her know that my sandwich wasn’t prepared correctly had only 2 slices of meat basically is was all bread she really didn’t care when I told her how disappointing I was !!! Will Never GO Back!!!!!!!
When I asked for extra meat on one of my orders it looked like they just added just a normal portion since usually a normal order looks like they barely add anything. Also I guess supposedly you can't also use coupons in this subway so it's like.... Why is there coupons for them if this subway can't even do that I never had to deal with any such thing in other subways except this one. P.S.
