Ordered our sandwiches ahead on the app. Got the notification 25 minutes later that our order was ready. Showed up to the store at 645pm and the door was locked. I called the store and when the employee finally answered, I told her we were there to pick up our sandwiches but the door was locked and she said OK and hung up. When she finally let me in, our sandwiches were not even started and they were out of turkey, which we had on both of our sandwiches.
So I come here and the girl that works here just casually sitting chilling in her car saying they only taking online orders… you just don’t wanna work. Please hire people who want to work!
I went to this store on Saturday Dec. 21 at 2:30 in the afternoon, there was one person ahead of me checking out. A couple walked in behind me. The counter was messy so I asked the young person behind the counter to change gloves and wipe the counter before making my sandwich. He replied something about leaving and bye.
