Ordered on the app. Get to store and they could not make the order. Supply shortages. And they would not do a refund. I have to go thru corporate which takes a few days and you deal with AI assistants. So no refund at the store and they would not allow me to reach upper management or the franchise owner. Feels like theft altho I do think I will eventually get my money back. I'd suggest only ordering in person, and bring exact change in cash. And only pay once the food is ready. The manger on duty wanted to argue with me about my sandwich being burnt and tasting burnt . It's literally black bread .....
Not only was my sandwich absolutely delicious, freshly made, and well put together, the lady who made it was very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with her while she worked. She told me Subway was not her only job, and to think that she is working two jobs and still so friendly and efficient is very impressive. It's people like her that make the world go round. Thank you for a delicious meal and a nice conversation.
