Ordered toasted online. The sandwich was not warm at all. The worker tried convincing me it was toasted. How does it get so cold to the touch that fast? Physics doesn't work that way. They definitely didn't toast it correctly and only option was for me to take time out of my busy life to travel back to their store for an exchange. They don't care about you or your time. Worst subway chain in the area.
My experience today was extremely disappointing. I visited the store with my husband and our 9-month-old, specifically looking forward to enjoying the cheesy garlic steak sandwich we've had before at another Subway location. Unfortunately, the service we received from Stephanie was unacceptable from the start. She seemed uninterested in helping us and displayed a poor attitude throughout our interaction.
