Mariaa provided outstanding customer service! She was friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude from the moment I walked in. She made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it, worked quickly, and kept everything clean and organized. It’s refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Mariaa is a great asset to Subway, and I’ll definitely be back because of her excellent service!

I am specifically referring to the location on Bonin Road for this negative review. Wow is the best I can say to sum up our experience. My husband and I walked in at 7:45 pm, knowing that the location closes at 9:00 pm. Therefore, we went in and were extra grateful for their service at such a late hour. The employee we experienced was incredibly and noticeably upset that we walked in as customers at 7:45 pm. I took down my 5 start review today because of the absolute worst experience with any subway employee at the 1505 Bonin Road location, tonight, between 7:45-7:50pm. Being a business owner my self I can’t express my self how disappointed I was with this young lady. Not the location!!!!!!
