The owner is BEYOND RUDE!!! I have been there a few times and every time I go there he is a miserable, angry man. They haggle you about coupons and slam stuff down right in front of you for no reason. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Look at all the other reviews complaining about the owner, it is no joke. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN, THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS ANYMORE!!!!
We went in for lunch because we had coupons. The guy working (he made it sound like he owned it) was extremely rude and hateful, with snappy responses to all questions. We tried to use the coupon, and he said it didn't work on a certain sandwich. I told him we did not order that, and he said, "It does not work on chicken!" I read the coupon in front of him, and he just stared. He just did not want to make less money, period. They say online that they accept national coupons, but from all other reviews they do not. Owner/Manager was very rude. Horrible staff customer service… Unfortunately this location was the only one nearby. I definitely DO NOT recommend this location.
