Subway’s Online Ordering Is a Joke—And This Store Takes the Crown for Worst Sandwich Experience Ever I’ve officially sworn off ordering Subway online after this disaster—the bread wasn’t toasted(despite requesting it), half the cheese was missing (did they think I wouldn’t notice?), and my veggies seemed to have vanished into thin air. Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff were unprofessional—rude and unresponsive without any clear reason. To make matters worse, we were given an incorrect bill and overcharged. This level of service was very disappointing and not what I expected. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and billing practices moving forward.
