Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff were unprofessional—rude and unresponsive without any clear reason. To make matters worse, we were given an incorrect bill and overcharged. This level of service was very disappointing and not what I expected. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and billing practices moving forward.
