I had a very disappointing experience here. While calmly explaining my preference for how my food should be prepared, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members. An older male employee told me to “shut up” and escalated the situation unnecessarily. He then began recording me on his phone, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and inappropriate. Don’t get free sub from there. No cheese no meat only bread
Such great staff and service here. It is always a joy to come in.
On Tuesday, February 24th, night time around 8pm I visited the Subway in Crossroads Cary, and it was awful. The server was rude, the oven was broken, and when I refused a microwave sandwich, she just said, ‘It’s up to you.’ Also, last time I bought a pizza, I was overcharged compared to usual. She mentioned new management, but this is just not the same as before. Very disappointing.
