Very rude manager.
(Around 1:05 p.m. ) I spoke to the Manager woman with dark hair and asked if there was anything she could do about me losing Subway points/rewards credits since their employees have not been asking me for months if I am signed up for rewards so that I could enter my info to get points/credit dollars toward Subway food. I have missed out on several dollars worth of in-store credits due to no one there asking or reminding me to enter my info to get points when I make my purchases. Manager doesn’t want to work for her money. She just denied making 20 sub sandwiches with a 24 hour notice. That’s ridiculous. Luckily Firehouse Subs doesn’t mind to work and will gladly take my order and money. Subway should fire that manager.
