Just the rudest subway you could possibly come too. Two workers last night, both with one earphone in their ear, watching phone from behind the counter. The guy was rude and irritated from the start, the girl, wasn’t even paying attention to my order. Got it wrong. My last few attempts coming to this specific subway, an absolute nightmare. They need to either hire people that want to be there, or fire the ones that don’t.

First impressions are lasting impressions. The guy working this shift at around 2:30 on Ben White/Riverside area, had long dirty nails it was disgustingly bad and he had long frizzy hair all in his face (NO ONE WORE HAIR NETS) IM RETIRING SUBWAY. Another reason is the amount of meat in the sandwiches are reduced to almost nothing. The they changed the prep area where they put the meat on the sandwiches so you can’t see how much they are putting, as far as roasted chicken, grilled or rotisserie chicken. First I had to walk in behind a very rank homeless man that put his hands all over the ice machine mechanism after asking for change for a bill he had and then grabbed a water cup when she turned her back to take bread aside. Once the older worker was ready to make my meal I just could not get my words to be heard by her. I kept having to repeat myself and was talking perfectly fine before needing to say everything again. The food was fresh and tasted great. The staff was kind enough to let me sit in the dining area for about three hrs. While I waited for the time for me to go to the bus station.
