This location is extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 footlong meals for me and my sister and I only received one of two footlongs, the cookies and drinks. I did not receive our chips. I called and it took them a couple minutes to answer i told her what happened and she told me to go up there and get it, i explained to her that I wasnt able to go up there because i had no transportation and ot was just silence on both ends as I was awaiting a response but nothing was said and she hung up in my face. Great experience. Will be going back.
Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I was overcharged for cheese just for requesting a different type instead of the standard option—something no other Subway has ever charged me for. When I politely asked for clarification, the staff became rude and argumentative instead of helping. The hygiene was also concerning—there were multiple food flies around, which is unacceptable.
