Favorite subway in NWA. The food is always perfectly made and we will go out of our way from Centerton just to come to this one. The boy working alone this evening made our food very well and was the best. Just wish Subway, the company, would give their staff better resources to flourish even more. Had to witness an rude customer take their frustration out on the boy working (who handled it better than I would ever) all because he was alone as if it was his fault and not the company’s. Do you ever notice that when you’re getting stuff put on your sandwich at Subway the person I’m sorry the artist is sitting there with their hand kind of default in the lettuce just waiting for you to say it. I’m just not the type of person who likes lettuce and it’s always kind of a shock when they have to move onto the tomato Now to get to the serious stuff. Why is there one person working during rush hour? And why are they serving walk ins before starting on my order I place in the app 40 minutes ago? This is unacceptable. If there’s one person working that’s fine but don’t accept online orders. Literally standing in line anyways and my order hasn’t even been started on. I am livid at the operations. Poor management all the way around.

Ordered a sandwich about 45 minutes in advance and it said it was ready on my app so when I walked in I was surprised to see that it wasn’t even started on. They had only one person working by themselves and they were extremely behind. I could tell that the working conditions were not pleasant. Nobody should be working at a Subway by themselves, let alone a teenager.
