I come here all the time bc I work close and they change employees often for some reason I am on the fourth set of workers maybe this site is a training site I dont know. The worker up until the ones here now have been great but these two new ladies are horrible at their job. They forget an ingredient every time I order. How hard is it to follow directions and read a piece of paper???? I will be going to a different location from here on out. Absolutely pathetic

I usually don’t complain about Subway — it’s a sandwich, not a five-star meal — but this one? It was borderline tragic. I placed an online order and showed up to pick up what I thought would be a decent sub. Instead, I got a sad, salt-and-pepper crime scene with the bare minimum of toppings. Shocked to see such low review, this is the friendliest staff, cleanest subway I’ve ever seen, and they always have my online orders ready so fast! Love ordering here it’s delicious

Favorite subway in NWA. The food is always perfectly made and we will go out of our way from Centerton just to come to this one. The boy working alone this evening made our food very well and was the best. Just wish Subway, the company, would give their staff better resources to flourish even more. Had to witness an rude customer take their frustration out on the boy working (who handled it better than I would ever) all because he was alone as if it was his fault and not the company’s.
