Nice renovated place and great people behind the counter......BUT the drinks selections are awful here. Only one no sugar option besides the bottled water. Not everyone wants to be a diabetic and 300 pounds. I am prediabetic and this bothers me, as I would like to have my sandwich with a good unsweet ice tea or a zero sugar option like Ryl Tea drink. Very friendly staff and very helpful! Clean environment. Food is always yummy. The meats, veggies, and bread were all fresh! No signs that the ingredients were going bad. I love coming to this location!!
Please give Tillman a pat on the back for having the best customer service skills ever (I didn’t catch the other’s name) but both were so friendly and helpful!
Great costumer service
I've been to the subway on walnut twice in the last 3 weeks and had to leave because I couldn't get any service. 3 people behind the counter and only 1 person making any food and she kept leaving and going to the back for who knows what. Only one person in front of me. After about 10 minutes I gave up and left. I will NEVER go back to that store. RIDICULOUS. SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
