The employees are fantastic. They are professional , they have excellent manners the food is great, its a breath of fresh air to interact with. Employees that care about the manner in which they handle your food.. I went in today for the second time. There is a gentleman and a young lady at the location off of 183 and jollyville at 1:40pm today!! I will definitely be back
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Veggie Delight sandwich, but when I got home and opened it, I found chicken inside. As a vegetarian, this is completely unacceptable. I went back to the store, and while they did remake the sandwich, the response from staff was disappointing. When I asked about compensation for the mistake, I was told “mistakes happen” and that nothing else could be done. Definitely a nostalgic subway location, it feels refreshing to walk into a business without all the vamped up/minimalistic decor. - UNFORTUNATELY....staff were not competent, I specifically would tell them NOT to add specific toppings and they would just look me in the eyes and place the incorrect toppings on my sandwich...very disappointing... EDIT: removed 1 star since on subsequent visits I've seen them handle the food WITHOUT gloves. Don't know why they're unhygienic like that. Great service. Sandwich guy saved me half a dollar and got me extra food by ringing it up as the daily meal. They're not skimping on the toppings. Astonishingly for 2026 there are still plenty of tables and chairs you can sit and peacefully eat. Great portions such that I am actually full for once. Great value. Money well spent
