I had a very bad experience at this location. The woman working at the counter around 3:00 PM today was very rude and unprofessional. She was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. This kind of behavior should not happen in a customer service place.
Extremely understaffed, nobody here cares about anything at all
Saddest little location around. The people who work there don’t care about making your sandwich and most mobile orders are incorrect or incomplete. Otherwise it’s a standard location, but be warned that the service and the quality of sandwich is less than average
I ordered through Instacart. I ordered a 6-inch cold cut combo, 2 chocolate chip cookies, a bag of Baked Lay’s chips and 1 Starry soda. I received everything but the Starry soda. I talked to the driver and she told me she requested it, then showed the store the order on the Instagram app that showed I ordered a Starry. She showed them the receipt stapled to the bag that showed it as well. She said the Subway employee refused to give her the Starry and said it’s not on the order.
