The staff barely speak and act like you’re an inconvenience coming in the store. I love Subway® and I hate the 2 subways in Douglas. I guess being miserable at your job is The criteria to get hired. Don’t waste your money
Fitzgerald marching band, and auxiliary came to this subway because we got rained out at the clinch county football game. Their was only 2 people working night shift and we have about 20 to 30 kids in the store. And they made our subs fast and was super nice to us. These people deserve a raise in my opinion. ☺️
SubWay has some of the best food in town if not the best subways service is excellent but sometimes they are a little rude the smell subway has is great also it’s quiet enough to where you can hear the people your talking too
After my experience at Subway by the hospital today, this will be my new found place to go. Clean place, personable and nice as can be. I’ll definitely be back.
Customer service and in person service could be better, employees should be more welcoming. But other than the customer service, the food is great
