I've been to Cabo Bob's twice and ordered two different meals. Cabo Bob's is set up like Freebirds or Chipotle, but the tacos/burritos are made fresh right in front of you. They have 4 different flavors of burrito and all are very good. Because they are made in front of you, they have a more authentic texture than other burrito places.
