First time I’ve gotten service that was incredibly rude. I put a mobile order in, noticed that it wasn’t ready yet, so I silently waited. I am then yelled at “CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING” by a middle aged employee and I said “Yes I just had a mobile order” and I got responded with “Okay it’ll still be 5 minutes” and under her breath with an attitude and says “it’s not even 4:40, so she has to wait” I understand that I came early which is why I made it no issue. I order from here all the time and the blond girl with glasses is the ONLY person I trust with making my sandwich! She is so sweet and friendly and even when I order mobile it still comes out as perfectly as it would if I came in person.
Waste of your money. Ordered lunch online and there was a pinch of steak on the sandwich. Unacceptable. Do better. Inflated prices and they don’t even give an acceptable sandwich.
