C.C here at the ponchatoula subway is amazing! Her customer service goes above and beyond. She always greets me with a smile and even remembers my order! I'm a frequent customer here at this business and she truly is a gem in the service industry. 10 stars.
The food was good but I gave it 2 stars because of them "not participating in tv ad specials!" We saw an ad on TV for Foot Long Specials, went in, ordered it and found out they don't believe in "Specials" advertised on tv or accept the coupons we get in the mail! They will Never see us in there again! I'll go to any other fast food place or do without first. There's too many other choices of places that want your business!
Cc Robinson is so rude. She has no patience at all and needs to quit if she’s unhappy with her job. She got upset because I asked for more toppings after I noticed she didn’t put enough. How are you mad because people want their food, which they have to pay for a certain way?! Bad attitude, no patience, terrible customer service.
