The customer service here is absolute trash. No introductions. No enthusiasm. Didn’t even hand food when there’s multiple random orders there. Customer started coming in and everyone is trying to be nice and positive but the employees working were just not the vibe. Tables, walls and floors were also all dirty. Management needs to lead better here.
Had never visited this location but decided hey what the hell. I should have went somewhere else. I didnt order anything different than usual....decided to get the special on the sign....it was a smokey chicken with extra pepper jack. Anyone who gets extra cheese on a footlong knows that 4 slices get applied down that span the entire sandwich and then another 4 slices....Since the glass was blocked I couldnt see what the guy was doing and before i could say anything the sandwich went into the toaster. The worker Jordan was rude and disrespectful and gave me black burnt meatballs. Never ever will return here.
Every single time i come into this subway it takes at least 20 mins to get my food and the employees act like they have never had a job before.
