I came in on Wednesday there were two wonderful girls working they got my food assembled very quickly they had amazing customer service and both were very kind will come back
i’m always excited to eat here, especially when Mahendra is working. he always gets my sandwich perfect! he’s also so friendly and always greets us with a smile! another familiar face is Alissa! not only is she funny! but she also makes great suggestions with the menu! both have 10/10 customer service AND sandwich making skills! what more do you want from a subway! if you have either of them helping you, you know you’ll get a great sandwich and great service! THANK YOU!!
DoorDashed messed up my order, and Nick L’s too. He dropped off Nicks order and gave me a terrible time about rectifying the issue. I went through DoorDash for a replacement order. When my order arrives, not only was it correct, fresh and exact what I wanted but they gave me a FREE cookie (my favorite) to make up for the Dasher’s mistake. This act of kindness makes a difference in people’s days. Thank you! Happy Thanks Guving! PS idk what the sub crunch is but sprinkle sprinkle!
