What’s the point of having a reward system if you don’t even participate in them. Other locations offer better service and product. Not to mention the app had an issue charged me for the order then they never received it. The lady working didn’t seem to care to help so I’ll be waiting to get that money back and will go somewhere else for lunch. Didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. Overpriced and no longer worth the price. Will be going somewhere else to spend $40. This place is a joke and management needs to be looked into by corporate
One worker, did not greet and very rude like it’s inconvenient customers are here
I paid $18+ for the same sandwich I got last week for $13 at a different location and the cheaper one was much better, they gave me about half the meat and the toppings looked like they were sitting out for a while.
The last three times I’ve stopped by this location they have had a sign up saying temporarily closed. I don’t know what the reason was for the other two times were, but today there was a guy standing outside saying that the worker cut her finger really bad and locked the doors until she could get it taken care of. They should have more people working there at that location to prevent closures
