The lady working tonight was nice and seemed overwhelmed which makes sense as she was alone and in food service (speaking as someone who’s worked in restaurants from fast food to fine dining for 13 years) there should ALWAYS be two people in the store. I’ve had a few issues with this location in the past but this was the final straw. I ordered half an hour ahead and still had to wait an extra 10 minutes. I went to the subway on fleur down from the airport and the Michelle working behind the counter was super friendly and very fast. She did a great job

What’s the point of having a reward system if you don’t even participate in them. Other locations offer better service and product. Not to mention the app had an issue charged me for the order then they never received it. The lady working didn’t seem to care to help so I’ll be waiting to get that money back and will go somewhere else for lunch. Didn’t even look like she wanted to be there.
