My order placed at 530pm states it was ready at 6pm, both in the expected time and when the app says the order is Ready for pickup. It's 620 and I finally had to ask what the status is, since no one greeted me. When asked, I was advised they'll get started on it Get started on it?! I understand getting busy, but if the app status was changed to Ready I anticipate that it would actually be ready. Not impressed and I kinda regret tipping.
Edit: ordered from this subway again, 6/20, and asked the employees if they put my double protein and they said yes. I got home and the bread is completely hard and stale, and they didn't put the extra protein I paid for AGAIN. I used rewards to get my sandwich cheaper, does that mean I deserve less? Didn't put my extra 50% protein on my sandwich :(
