Placed an online order. Went in, two workers standing behind the counter doing nothing. Sit down to wait, they keep looking over but never say anything. Finally I saw I’m waiting on an online order to go. Girl says “we ain’t got no online order to go. When did you place it?” “About 10 min. ago.” She reaches over and punches a button the computer and says, “oh it just came in.” No, it was already there, you were just too busy standing around talking to do your job. Won’t be back to this location.
Came in at 8:40 and they locked the door when they saw me coming and refused to let me in. Its not the first time they do this. Cleary they are supposed to close at 9 pm but looks like the employees here close at whatever time they want and management doesn’t care, allows it.
Somebody give Brayden (sp?) a raise immediately. This is a demand, not a request. This individual did a PHENOMENAL job with an extremely specific request for my sandwich, and they absolutely made my day. The establishment itself is clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Way to kill it! 🥳
