I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app, it charged my credit card (I get an immediate notification by text) and deducted $4 in Subway rewards. My son drove to Subway to pick up the sandwiches and they had no record of the order. I checked my credit card online and it was showing 2 charges for $11 each as a pending charge (double charged me). They got rid of the pretzel.
Girl is impossible to deal with and makes horrible subs. I used to tip every time. Now I try avoiding her.
I may spell her name wrong but Kaitlyn made our experience great! And my sandwich was perfect! Kudos to you girl!
