I was told I couldn't customize a protein pocket the say after Labor Day. I only had said no tomatoes. She stated Im not allowed to customize it. I needed to due to an allergy. On the website you can place an order for pickup,& it definitely allows you to omit items or add items to the pocket. Id even wanted to add mayo& was told no you cant add or take off anything. Horrible!! Quality has gone way down hill. Bread was so rubbery that I ended up pulling the items out and eating them and tossed the bread. No flavor whatsoever. I will not get subs from them again. Jersey Mike's is the best and that is where my loyalty will stay. Just thought I would try subway ..nope..never again!!
They need to put a sign if they aren’t using the drive-thru.
