I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The food quality was unacceptable—I found mold on my food, which is a serious health concern. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she was rude, dismissive, and didn't seem to care about resolving the issue or apologizing. Communication was also difficult because I couldn't understand what she was saying, and she made no effort to explain things clearly. Customer service was unprofessional from start to finish.
