Regular customer here. I was disappointed during my last visit. I ordered the meal of the day (Turkey) but upgraded to the 12". The price should be $7.99 + $3 = $10.99 and included a drink and chips. I did not want the drink. I only wanted the chips. Because I didn't get the drink, my order did not qualify for the meal of the day special. I paid more ($12.39 + $1.89 = $14.28) and got less value. Not cool!!
Waste of Money — During a recent visit, the staff were efficient, professional, and even earned on-site compliments, fully deserving a five-star service rating. However, the three subs purchased through a buy‑2‑get‑1‑free offer—a tuna with everything, a chicken teriyaki with everything, and a free steak and cheese with everything—were noticeably under-portioned. Subway is a place to grab a clean lunch for me. They all seem to be pretty much the same. Lots of choices between cold or hot subs. They are always fresh and I feel good afyer eating there too.
They try to do cost cutting in every possible way. Trying to put less ingredients. I asked for 6 cookies and he tries to put them all in one small 1 item bag. Even when i asked him to either put in a box or in separate bags. He said he can’t do it. Cookies and bun didn’t look fresh
