I ordered a meatball sub and come home to bite down on something so hard. Looking like a tooth. it was disgusting and previous times i’ve experienced bad food quality at this exact subway location.
First time here new to the area saw last 10 reviews not good nor the owner didn’t respond to the emails to bad reviews to fix issues tells me they don’t care but gave it a try. 03/27/25@8:15pm.. Got Veggie Sub, not all veggies available, not gracious with toppings asked for more only put small amounts disappointed. I won’t go back nor tell friends or family to go. Doubt owner will address bad review experiences !! Also the 5 star reviews are from owners family and friends to boost ratings don’t be fooled!
I just visited this restaurant today to use a coupon 'free footlong sub when you buy 2subs'. On coupon not mentioned which subs are available for it. The guy said coupon is acceptable only for turkey subs. I wanted to cancel my orders but he already put the bread into the oven. I paid 3 chicken teriyaki subs with regular prices $ 46. I could have gone to somewhere else with that price. They scammed the customers. Don't go this restaurant. Poor service
Hey Management, How about having your employees watch a basic customer service video on YouTube before hitting the floor? The atrocious attitude, combined with getting my order wrong, is unacceptable. I’d recommend the Subway at Yonge and Davis any day over this place. Thanks, but never again!
