My daughter and I went to Subway like we always do on Friday. My daughter's order was wrong. She ordered an All American and got a turkey wrap. She ordered a footlong cookie. The cookie filled a little over half the box and was topped with baked ham. I ordered a footlong nacho. She asked me what i wanted on it. Then she said no substitutions! I didn't know what went on the nachos. She asked me again and I said whatever you're supposed to put on there. Sorry we bothered them
I was served by a lovely young woman today, her name tag read "Brandis". She should be recognized. She worked so hard while her coworker with purple hair hid in the back, standing in one place. I could see her reflection. Not sure what the story is there, maybe she was having a rough day but Brandi conquered the line by herself with a great attitude. This girl needs a raise!
Didnt toast my sandwich twice in a row despite me asking for it both times. Very sad 😔
We went in the other day and our sub was hard as a rock the food people order should be good able to eat. Poor service
