They close at 8pm it is 6:20pm I just placed an order and they texted me that they couldnt do my order and couldnt refund me either, they just took more than $40 from me and didnt resolve anything. Super bad service!!
Long story short, there will be more details with upper management. On 2/1/26, at 6:40pm, the worker, who would not give me her name, (short black female) charged me $7.59 to my bank for a sub I never received. It was a situation with an online order that she refused to approve because, according to her, the place was closed, it was 6:40 PM. The order was made online at 6:20 PM. I was always a meatball marinara fan with pepper jack cheese,extra pepper corn ranch,pepper and extra parmesan but they have a mean turkey and provolone too.let the race to the footlongs never end.
Ordered online and when I received the order one of the sandwiches was wrong, they then proceeded to fight with us about it
