Fui a comprar un subway, me atendió un hombre llamado “CARLO” lo vi en su etiqueta, siempre tiene sus audífonos puestos, te voltea a ver con una cara de enojado con el mundo, no te escucha, le haces el pedido y solo escucha que quieres y el lo prepara a su gana! Came out for a nice lunch but instead we were surprised by a rude dining experience. No greet, no talk, just gave our order to a gentleman behind the counter who was on his airpods the whole time I was trying to order. When I thanked him he completely ignored me. I dont understand how people decide to work for a company they are not happy working for and it reflects in their service. Been to this location many times and this is the first time I encounter a cold team member in this manner.
