My friend asked what the manager's name was and he said I don't know. If you're not allowed to tell your manager's name it's cool. You don't know who hired you? And if you're thirsty don't ask for water cuz you won't get it it's only 105° and I paid $28 I'm not allowed to have a water cup? No wonder subways going downhill
I walked into this store the guy working there said sup foo to me and I immediately wanted to walk. Who greets customers like that? Bread was a little hard which was disappointing. Definitely going to another subway if I ever get it again.
The guy that made my sandwich look very mad and forgot the bacon on my sandwich.
Customer service has gone downhill here. Half the time they are out of ingredients the other time no one is visible to serve customers. - Customer service improved for a bit however recently it has gone downhill again. New employees that argue with customers and are overall very rude. - New Update - very rude worker who also had her kid behind the counter MAJOR OSHA VIOLATION.
That guy or should I say incell was so extremely rude he would complained under his breath in front of us really bad service! I’m so disappointed because usually the ladies there are so nice! He acted as if he was going to be the one paying for the food! Rude!!
