I was ignored for about 5 mins didn’t even get to order a sandwich
I visited the Subway location in Trenton today around 5:00 p.m. and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee on duty, named Marina, did not greet me when I walked in and appeared visibly unhappy and unwelcoming from the start. As I placed my order, she seemed irritated and handled my food carelessly, tossing the vegetables onto my sandwich while sighing and making frustrated noises. I visited today and first off AC was not working although it was not super hot it was uncomfortable. The fridge for the veggies was not working and all of the vegetables were in the back.
The Person on shift made my sandwich while handling the register touched money among other things and never bother to change her gloves.
I visited this store with my family April 25 at 830 pm, and had a wonderful experience! The young lady who helped us was so kind, and she did an amazing job! She said she was new to her job, but we were very impressed! Keep up the good work😊
