Ordered a footlong by itself, a footlong meal of the day, and a 6 pack of cookies. Placed the order at 1:47, and it says it would be ready around 2:05. Get there at 2:06, walk in and tell them the name on the order. It takes telling them the name 3 times for them to actually go look. They say, the cookies aren’t ready for another 7 minutes. Placed an order around 1:50p / Order was “Ready” to get picked up at 2:08p / Currently still waiting on the order to be ready (2:26p). Lady working the line was standing there eating chips and then cleaned her hands using her mouth. Didn’t even wash them, just put on gloves and started working on someone else’s order. ( Gonna be making a phone call to the health department since the store wouldn’t take my complaint serious)
Ordered in the 20th. Bread was burnt and stale. Ordered pickup and didn’t think to check till I got home. Sent a request to customer support and have yet to hear back.
