I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in. There were 2 people in line and the 2 people that were working here took forever. So I made a mobile order while I was in line. As I got to the counter I let her know. She then told me that my sandwhich would be made last after 2 orders they hadn't pulled from their machine.. i asked even though I'm here? She said "thats how it works" with a smug look.. but the others aren't here yet.. maybe serve the customers that are in your store... Just a heads up.. I'd been waiting like 20 minute... read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THANKS TO THAT YOUNG LADY. DIDNT GET HER NAME ALTHOUGH. SHE FOLLOWED MY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. SANDWICH WAS GOOD. GOT THE TUNA WITH DOUBLE MEAT. CANT GO WRING WITH SUBWAY
