They over toast the bread, won't listen to your directions, and some employees are willing to argue with the customer. This is not how you run a business. Especially when a lot of your customers are elderly. I would give it a 1 for atmosphere, but at least the woman who gave me my receipt was polite.
I eat subway often. This was my first and last time at this one. We did a pickup order and they hardly put anything on the sandwiches. I see other people have complained about that too. Its like they cant afford the ingredients and have to put the bare minimum on it or something. Also not friendly staff and trash on the floor when I walked in. Ill find another one to go to.
This location is so unprofessional- they accused us of stealing when they scanned everything we had & we paid for it. They acted as if they did NOT want to make our sandwiches and were rude. There are better subways to go to with better service and kinder people!
DONT GET ANYTHING FORM THEM THEY ARE DISGUSTING
My husband walked in 6 minutes before closing time at 10pm and the man told him they were already closed. They are supposed to close at 10 pm not 6 minutes till 10 ! Bad business
