Staff are nice. Food fresh and tasry. Subway loyalty program clunky and unresponsive. Resetting your password is an exercise in time travel Circa 2005. Login button should show up in password reset email. Text password reset capability is non-existent. Contact Us button will not render or operate at all. Do better Subway digital team.

I came in for an order all 3 employees were busier having a conversation amongst themselves instead of focusing on customer service, there was a trainee working with two other employees and the trainee messed up all 3 sandwiches with the wrong meat and cheese, while the other two employees did nothing to help her.
