Pickup Order was incorrect for the sandwhich, missing several ingredients and both dressings, even down to the type of cookies. Manager voicemail box is full so you can’t talk and see if there’s any options, phone is completely disconnected for just calling. Disappointed and trying to figure out a way to get my money back still.
They do a great job here. The sandwich artist really loaded it up for me. Bread and meat were fresh. Store was very clean.

I frequent this subway. I drove to this location knowing it was open until 10. I walked in at 9:44. I was told they are closed. The two employees were smirking at each other. I walked outside, the door clearly says 10 o’clock. The open sign was in the window, online it states 10:00. Evidently, the two working wanted to leave 15 minutes early. I wasted the trip. Very disappointing.
The last THREE times I have gone to this location my online/mobile order has been incorrect such as forgetting my meat, not toasting the sandwhich or missing veggies. This time as once before they "forgot" the chicken on my chicken bacon ranch sandwhich! And yes, I tip! Every time! With it being an online order I tip hoping for the best and continue to get let down! I'm furious and once again extremely disappointed!
