I have been eating subway for about 45 years now. And I don't know what it is. The woman that waited on me is either owner Operator, or was not trained properly How to make a subway sandwich. When I asked for vinegar and oil, she acted like it was worth $700 an ounce . It was just a small squirt on one piece of meat. And the vinegar i've seen more liquid come out of an eye dropper.
