I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The young employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave very small portions and was literally throwing the food on the sandwich as if he didn’t care at all. It felt very disrespectful, like I was not valued as a customer. What made the situation worse was that the manager seemed to support his behavior instead of correcting it. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. I ordered 1 sub which was good but what turned me off from this location was the attitude I got when I tried to scan my rewards because they dont accept them okay cool cool sucks but what can you do then the blatant racism and disrespect towards a truck driver that ended in the cashier from the gas station coming to make his sandwich for him. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do better!!
