I walked into the location and I noticed an employee sitting eating his lunch and I waited at the counter for 2 minutes and nobody greeted me or came out of the back room. I tried giving subway another chance but I guess customer service doesn’t mean anything anymore.

This location is terrible. I went in for a pick up order. The young lady started to make my order. I was the only one in there at the time three other people walked in, and she pushed my food to the side and started making their food. I asked the young lady why did she stop making my food and she said she had to make their food, but I was already standing inside in front of there why she was making my food then a young man came and started making my food. I had a terrible experience with the manager. The person that made my wrap did a great job. Then the manager noticed i had jalapenos and extra tomatoes. She pulled them off the wrap and told the employee, in front of me, he needs to order a bigger sandwich if he wants to customize it. The employee was visibly uncomfortable and everyone gave the manager a wide berth. What happened to sandwich artistry??
