I stopped by the Subway inside Walmart, and I have to say the sandwiches were fresh and tasty—just what I needed for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn’t great. One of the workers, a young white guy with tattoos, seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. He was barely polite, didn’t make eye contact, and acted like making a sandwich was the worst part of his day. It kind of took away from the experience. You wait 20+ minutes in line when there is two people in front of you and only one person working. You won’t get what you asked for and feel too sorry for the one guy working because there is now 6 people behind you waiting to ask for your right order. Take your business elsewhere where until management figures out how to prepare for lunchtime rushes. Been like this for years today was the last straw.
Hopefully it gets better for 2025!
