Ordered through app. Ordered 2.5 hours in advance. Set up a deliver by time. Delivery was late. Ordered BMT. Arrived with no meat on it. Would not deliver me a new one. I had to pick up. Asked for refund since I already paid there service fee, delivery fee and tipped the driver. Was told they could not do that. Horrible customer service.

I came in to order and asked about using a coupon I saw in the app. The first employee who helped me was very sweet and said I should be able to apply it at the register. When we went to pay, the coupon wouldn’t go through. Another employee who appeared to be training her stepped in to help, but it still didn’t work. She then said it was probably for online orders only. I asked why the app included a barcode if it couldn’t be used in store, just trying to understand for next time, and was told, “idk, I didn’t make the app.” ... read more
