The employees are great. They are understaffed all the time and manage to do a great job. This location needs a new owner who knows how to run a business and be better staffed.
We went in, ordered, everything was great until I order some jalapeno and I could see that she got a little mad. When it was time to pay I took out $100 bill not knowing that they did not accept more than $20 bills. I said that I only had bills of a hundred and she started to give me an attitude saying “well you have to go to the gas station”. If your coming here for a quik sandwich forget it. The manager lady does more talking than working. The only reason i come here is for parking purposes. Plan on 15- 20 wait when its not busy.
699 ft long special Ultimate BMT. Dry bread and the worker did not honor my request for the Italian cheese and garlic bread, and my note that we would like to have our sandwich cut into four pieces.
Online order took over 30 minutes management wasn't very helpful to her 1 employee making sandwiches
